Large 1930s Art Deco Black Forest Carved Wood Leaping Gazelles Sculpture. Art Deco design sculpture. Depicting a group of leaping gazelles in motion, in tall grass, very detailed. This piece showcases the elegance and sophistication characteristic of the Art Deco movement. An “AFF” monogram is engraved on the front face. 67cm long, 30cm high, 9cm wide. The sculpture is in excellent condition with signs of ageing. Has light marking, surface wear etc… With an old repair visible on an antler of the highest gazelle in the sculpture – Please see last two photos.
