This extremely high, quality bronze, produced by the hot cast, lost wax technique is securely mounted on a solid marble base. The statue, overall, including the base, is 150 mm (6″) high, around 140mm (5 1/2 “) wide, & weighs 1 kgs (2,2 lbs). The square black marble base is 70 mm (2 3/4″) wide x 70mm (2 3/4 “) deep x 62 mm (2 1/2) high. A stunning bronze piece, with incredible detail, adding distinction as either a centrepiece, or main attraction to any dwelling. An excellent example of an athletic male nude swimmer with great form and detail. This bronze is signed “milo” & carries the foundry coin.
